Emeril Lagasse

Emeril Lagasse is an american chef, a television personality and a cookbook author.

 

He is mainly known for his creole and cajun cooking styles. He started waking in a bakery as a teenager, where he discovered his passion and talent for cooking. He also worked at a restaurant to pay for college. For this reason, we believe he is one of the best chef's that can identify with young college students. No one better than him knows the importance of saving time while having wonderful, great tasting, meals.
