Emeril Lagasse is an american chef, a television personality and a cookbook author.

 

He is mainly known for his creole and cajun cooking styles. He started waking in a bakery as a teenager, where he discovered his passion and talent for cooking. He also worked at a restaurant to pay for college. For this reason, we believe he is one of the best chef's that can identify with young college students.
